Responsibilities
Responsible for day to day management of tickets, issue resolution and managing the support queue
Maintain Support SLAs
Conduct new Product/Pricing setups for existing connections
Analyze and report product malfunctions (Examples: testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Perform other tasks as assigned

New RC Account Setup
New Reseller Portal Account Setups
Maintain onboarding tickets in Zoho for existing and new connected partners
Maintain overall project status in Zoho at the ticket level
Qualification
Required
1-2 years experience as a member of a Technical Support Team required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly team player with a great attitude
Self-starter who can work independently
CRM experience a must
Preferred
Experience in a start-up environment is preferred, but not required
Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred, but not required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred, but not required
