They are seeking an Assembly Technician responsible for all operations related to assembly, testing, and packaging of products, along with inspection and quality control duties.

Responsibilities
Use tools to make or repair parts and products
Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions
Work with other members of the line or group in order to assemble products
Keep a clean and tidy workspace
Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry
Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures
Using reason to solve problems as they arise
Understand the details of assembly drawings and bills of materials
Use assembly tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches/torque wrenches, etc
Follow order sheets and assembly data sheets
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
Must be able to read and follow written or verbal instructions
Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly
Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements
Must possess basic machining knowledge and ability to read build sheets and blueprints
Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on the job training
General Instructions are given on recurring duties, operations or assignments, detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations or assignments
