Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL server
Oracle Data warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix
Developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Cursors
Releasing/packaging code into production
Full understanding of SDLC life cycle
Expert knowledge developing and implementing technology solutions for regulatory reporting with expertise related to the FR 2052a report
Ability to create and implement solution designs to achieve business requirements
Ability to analyze, problem solve and summarize functional subjects
Ability to perform data validation of regulatory reports
Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information
Ability to work independently and has excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
10+ years' experience as a Developer/Analyst in a Financial Institution working on regulatory reporting topics
Must have experience developing in PL/SQL and analyzing code
Must have experience working within the regulatory reporting domain
Must have experience liaising with end-users and technical teams
Must have experience in functional testing and data validation
Experience working with Axiom software is highly preferred
Qualification
