Responsibilities

Design and implement Kubernetes-native deployment patterns for our eBPF sensor (DaemonSets, sidecars, operator patterns)
Build container runtime integrations that work across containerd, CRI-O, and Docker
Develop monitoring capabilities specific to containerized workloads and orchestration events
Create deployment tooling and automation for multi-cluster environments
Work with our eBPF team to optimize sensor performance in high-density container environments
Build observability and troubleshooting tools for customer deployments
Partner with customers on integration patterns and deployment best practices

Required

5+ years of Linux systems experience with significant focus on containerization
Deep Kubernetes knowledge, you've run production clusters and understand the control plane, not just deployed YAML files
Experience with container runtimes and their internals (OCI spec, runc, containerd APIs)
Strong understanding of Linux namespaces, cgroups, overlay filesystems, and networking
Proficiency in Go (Kubernetes ecosystem standard)
Security awareness, you understand container escape techniques and what runtime events matter
Track record of shipping production infrastructure or platform tooling

Preferred

Experience building Kubernetes operators or controllers
Background in security tooling, CNAPP, or runtime monitoring
Familiarity with eBPF and kernel tracing
Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd)
Helm chart and Kustomize expertise
Open source contributions to CNCF projects
