Responsibilities
Deliver single to multi-day training programs (in-person or virtual) using various methods, including presentations, discussions, simulations, and hands-on activities
Conduct training needs analysis to align workforce development with operational performance metrics
Stay updated on new logistics technologies, systems, and processes, incorporating these into training programs to ensure operational excellence
Implement technology-enhanced learning solutions to improve employee readiness and job performance in logistics operations
Apply effective training techniques such as flexible learning, behavior reinforcement, and time management to ensure learner engagement and success
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, encouraging questions, hands-on participation, and ongoing development
Gather and analyze training feedback to continuously improve training materials and ensure alignment with business needs

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, System Engineering, Information Systems, Education, Adult Learning, Business Management, or a related field AND 2+ years experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, artificial intelligence, information security, server environments, networking, cloud, or computer technologies OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, System Engineering, Information Systems, Education, Adult Learning, Business Management, or related field AND 5+ years experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, artificial intelligence, information security, server environments, networking, cloud, or computer technologies OR equivalent experience
Azure Certifications (e.g., Advanced Role Based, Fundamentals), Microsoft 365 Certifications, or equivalent
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Certification
1+ year(s) experience using AI technologies in workstreams
