Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and optimize SAP ERP systems to meet business and manufacturing requirements
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities
Develop, write, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and analysis
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolution and user support
Support ERP integrations with other systems and manufacturing tools
Assist with system upgrades, testing, data migrations, and change management initiatives
Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides
Provide training and ongoing support to end users
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with SAP (modules dependent on business needs)
Solid SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and data requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an onsite, cross-functional team environment
Preferred
Experience with SAP implementations or upgrades
Familiarity with reporting tools and BI platforms
Understanding of integrations between ERP and shop floor/manufacturing systems
