Responsibilities
Work closely with hardware development team and cross-functional leadership teams to execute on major supply chain resiliency implementation and overhaul across the Cloud supply chain organization (CSCO)
Form and align vertical program teams to include definition of goals and metrics, facilitating program sessions and delivering outcomes for NPI operation and supply chain program management roles
Identify and deliver opportunities to mitigate supply chain risk, enable resilience and cost management process, tools and system improvement opportunities
Provide guidance and leadership across the product operations and CSCO hardware /NPI portfolio on product portfolio supply resiliency
Coordinate with supply chain managers to identify new manufacturing supply chains requirements and collaborate with product operations advance operation engineering team to enable scalable manufacturing processes to keep up with new technology and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports
Experience managing both component qualifications and supply chain resiliency programs in a supply chain organization
Experience managing new product introductions (NPI) for hardware manufacturing processes
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects
Experience with direct engagement in planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, material management and planning, supply chain design and strategy
Experience in project management launching hardware new product introduction processes for electronics (e.g., printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), server, racks, and manufacturing)
