Responsibilities
Assist with opening and servicing advisory/brokerage accounts (IRA/Roth, joint, trust, entity as applicable)
Process ACATs, rollovers, and transfers; follow through on paperwork and status updates
Execute cashiering/money movement (journals, ACH, wires, checks) per platform procedures
Support retirement distributions and systematic withdrawals; confirm completion
Help coordinate Roth conversion logistics (timing, documentation, confirmations)
Support eMoney workflows (data gathering, updates, deliverables)
Build meeting prep packets/checklists; track post-meeting action items through completion
Maintain clean records and documentation aligned with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission expectations
Help track and support deadlines for Form ADV updates and (if applicable) Form 13F coordination
Qualification
Required
1+ years in RIA/wealth management operations
Financial services: 1 year
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable; strong follow-through
Comfortable handling sensitive client requests with accuracy and discretion
Professional communication skills; ability to coordinate with custodians/platforms
Ability to Commute: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
