Responsibilities
Manage and respond to partner and internal inquiries across regions
Communicate program details, products, and procedures to partners and internal sales teams
Collaborate with channel program administrators and cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues
Review, approve, and escalate partner claims as needed
Process rebate calculations using standardized templates
Validate documentation and ensure accurate, timely partner payments
Facilitate rebate payouts and optimize rebate processes in alignment with partner agreements
Processes new partner applications and facilitates the on-boarding process for new partner companies to the program
Updates, tracks and maintains partners’ data, activity, etc. in the partner portal for their duration in the program
Support program development, process design, maintenance, training, and tools for channel partners
Run and evaluate reports to support program optimization and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
2-4 years in sales, customer service, sales operations, or business operations
