Responsibilities
Manage electrical scopes for data center projects from planning through turnover
Oversee budgets, schedules, cost control, and labor productivity
Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, and commissioning teams
Lead electrical field crews and subcontractors
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract compliance
Oversee procurement of switchgear, UPS systems, generators, PDUs, busway, and cabling
Ensure installations meet NEC, local codes, and project specifications
Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout
Enforce jobsite safety standards
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in electrical construction project management
Data center or mission-critical experience (required)
Experience managing large electrical scopes for an electrical contractor
Strong knowledge of MV/LV power distribution, UPS, generators, grounding
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Accubid, etc
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
Experience with hyperscale data centers or multi‑building campuses
PMP, NICET, or similar certifications (not required)
