Change Lead

As the Change Lead – Global HR Shared Services, you will own the people and adoption agenda for a global HR shared services rollout, ensuring new operating models and processes are understood and embedded across regions.

Responsibilities

Design and lead the end-to-end change and adoption strategy for global HR shared services implementation
Align change activity with programme milestones, go-live waves, and regional readiness
Define and track adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics
Support transition to new HR operating models and shared services structures
Help leaders and employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to succeed in the new model
Address behavioural and cultural shifts required to embed shared services
Tailor change approaches to different regions and organisational contexts
Partner with regional HR and business leaders to ensure local ownership and buy-in
Balance global consistency with regional nuance
Design clear, compelling communication strategies aligned to transformation milestones
Enable HR partners and leaders to act as visible change sponsors
Use practical, visual tools and collaborative approaches to make change tangible
Coach leaders and managers to lead effectively through transition
Build internal change capability to sustain adoption post-implementation
Embed feedback loops to continuously improve the change approach

Required

7+ years of experience leading organisational change in complex, global environments
Proven experience supporting global HR shared services or operating model transformations
Strong understanding of HR operating models and associated people impacts
Experience embedding new ways of working across regions and cultures
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
Experience working within structured programme or PMO environments
Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) and be available during standard PST business hours
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders
