Program Director/Therapist
Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center is seeking a Program Director/Therapist for their Crisis Residential Unit in Carbon Hill, AL. The Program Director will oversee the program's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the effective supervision of program staff while developing quality programs.

Responsibilities
The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment
The Program Director is responsible for the overall functioning of the program, including compliance with all standards of operation by regulatory agencies, supervision of the program staff, and compliance with expected competencies
This includes the development and implementation of quality programs and the operation of programs and services in a fiscally responsible manner
This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
1-3+ years of experience required
Social security card
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook and type 40+ wpm
Current/valid non-expired driver's license. Will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record
Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m
