Responsibilities
Research at the frontier of Agentic Science
Topics of research interest include agentic efficiency and reliability, scalability, and effective tool use
Research on approaches for the integration of Agents with real science experiments
Developing a framework for agentic AI science that is integrated with NVIDIA tools in collaboration with software engineers
Solve science problems with our collaborators
Participating in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement activities within the team
Qualification
Required
You are completing a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or a domain science such as Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science
Hands-on experience in AI research
Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and standard methodologies in complex distributed systems
Knowledge of AI for science tools, including Agents
Experience working with both Linux and Windows operating systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to deliver high-quality code and resilient services
Excellent communication skills and an ownership-driven mindset
Preferred
Python proficiency (strongly preferred due to Python-based tooling)
Knowledge and experience of Agentic Frameworks
