Spatial Designer
HEYTEA is seeking a Spatial Designer to enhance the customer experience through innovative store designs. The role involves creating and presenting design concepts, managing project life cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the design of concept and flagship stores, focusing on innovation and enhancing the customer experience
Create and present design concepts for high-profile retail projects, integrating brand image and market trends
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand, marketing, design, and operations) to align design vision with business goals
Manage the end-to-end project life cycle of flagship and concept store designs, including budget, schedule, and resource allocation
Oversee the execution of design standards and ensure consistency across all flagship and concept store projects
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and architects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Analyze customer insights and dining trends to drive continuous improvement of store design and layout
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, and sustainable practices
Conduct post-project evaluations to summarize lessons learned and identify opportunities for future improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related major; Master's degree preferred
3+ years of food service interior design experience, including flagship or concept store projects
Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in developing and executing design concepts for high-end retail environments
Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and architects to complete projects
Knowledge of building codes, ADA standards, and sustainable practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
