Responsibilities
Experience in receiving, stockroom, shipping, material handling and inventory analysis roles. Experience in rapid-growth life science environment working with temperature-sensitive materials a plus
Must be able to create and maintain excel skills on a need basis
Experience in implementing, executing and improving cycle count programs, 2 bin systems
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ordering supplies
Enter Data into ERP system - Cycle Count Module, Receiving parts, Shipping parts, RMA returns. Fill out commercial invoice
Track Freight With various Carriers on a need basis
Use of Hand Trucks, Pallet Jacks, Box Trucks, Sit Down Forklift, Standing Forklift and Scales safely and effectively
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

High School Diploma required
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
California Drivers License Required

Ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Preferred
Forklift Certification preferred, not required
Previous work experience in a lab preferred
