Bereavement Team Coordinator | Part-time
Holland Home is seeking a Bereavement Team Coordinator to join their Faith Hospice team on a part-time basis. The role involves administratively supporting the Bereavement Team, updating client information, reviewing client files, coordinating mailings, and running reports.

Responsibilities
Administratively supports the Faith Hospice Bereavement Team
Update information in MatrixCare, the electronic medical record
Review client files to ensure they contain required documents; acquire any additional information required
Coordinate mailings to clients and prospective clients
Run required reports, stocks necessary supplies, supports Bereavement Team meetings
Qualification
Required
Flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability
Self-directed and autonomous
Ability to prioritize
Organized
Skilled with navigating various technologies and computer applications, including Excel
Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a health care administration degree or medical administrative assistant degree or similar
Proficiency with computers and MS Office software
Customer service experience in a health care setting
Proof of Michigan driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
