Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of learning strategies to achieve organizational development goals
Manage a team of learning professionals to deliver training programs that support business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational needs and priorities
Oversee project portfolios to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic plans
Secure and manage resources and budgets to support learning and development activities
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership to inform decision-making
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
7-10 years Retail or related leadership experience
4-7 years Professional training experience
