Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Analyze recurring data to identify trends and insights related to performance metrics, manufacturing and engineering data
Reporting: Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and other documentation to effectively communicate trends and findings to the engineering executive and senior management
Collaboration: Work closely with the executive, senior leaders, and managers to ensure that data insights are easily accessible and actionable for solving recurring problems
Meeting Support: Provide general support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes
Project Management: Assist in project management tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Organizational Support: Address general needs for the organization including facilities needs, meeting bookings, workshop and event support

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Engineering and Technology related field
Proven experience in data analysis and trend identification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Preferred

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with project management software
Previous experience supporting executives or senior management
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
