Responsibilities
Assist with managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships

Support senior account representatives in preparing proposals and presentations
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects
Track account metrics and prepare reports on account status and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
