The role involves collaborating with various teams to produce creative assets and requires both administrative and production skills.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Work directly with in-house creative/art directors, stylists, design, casting, and operations on the development of shoot campaigns
Research and propose talent to fit creative concepts
Negotiate rates and usage and book relevant crew
Source and partner with local production companies
Generate detailed shoot estimates
Coordinate and secure all travel arrangements for crews
Manage all teams on set in partnership with hired production company
Reconcile all shoot related billing and expenses
Qualification
Required
Strong negotiation and budget management skills
Concise communicator
Must be extremely detailed and organized
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Ability to multi-task
Capable to work independently, however, equally able to partner with all internal teams
Must work well under pressure
Ability to work flexible hours, including outside of local time zone as needed
Ability to travel as needed
