They are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations by solving quality issues, developing work instructions, and ensuring adherence to the Spring Hill Quality System.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Quality needs of Manufacturing
Problem-solve (analyze data, determine root causes, develop implementation plans) and resolve issues which are affecting quality, assembly, or throughput
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve quality issues
Develop quality work instructions
Ensure effective containment for non-conforming product
Effectively communicate Quality Concerns
Coordinate repair and rework activities
Support the implementation and effective adherence to all elements within the Spring Hill Quality System
Must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Internal GM Candidate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and ability to comfortably use computers and learn new software
Preferred
Previous experience as a Manufacturing Quality or Process Engineer
Engineering Degree
