Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain BCDR solutions that safeguard operations against disruptions
Manage and integrate enterprise storage platforms to support scalable, high-performing, and reliable data management systems
Independently identify and fulfill responsibilities with minimal oversight, especially on critical matters
Exercise discretion and independent judgment, evaluating different options, and making informed decisions
Effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT with a focus on business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup solutions
Expertise in Commvault and Microsoft Azure BCDR technologies
Commvault Certified Professional (CCP) or higher
Proficiency in enterprise storage platforms, including NetApp, Pure Storage, and other SAN/NAS technologies
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networks, and cloud environments
Experience in healthcare IT is a strong plus, with knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and HITRUST
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience creating technical documentation and presentations
Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment
Open to travelling up to 50% of the time

Preferred

Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure BCDR-related certifications
Certifications in storage platforms such as NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) or Pure Storage Certified Professional
ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
