Supervisory Program Manager (HR Data and Systems)
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking a Supervisory Program Manager in their Human Resources Division, specifically in the HR Data and Systems Section. Responsibilities
Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directive directives of management. Analyzes and interprets legislation, and Federal case law to ensure that implementing regulations and processes are in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and decisions
Manages a team providing guidance on complex or escalated HR information system issues. Acts as resource to troubleshoot all HR information system and data related discrepancies and provides problem resolution
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates product development progress and performance. Analyzes and evaluates current programs, budgets, and state-of-the-art technology
Builds and delivers substantial HR analytics, metrics, and KPI scorecards utilizing reporting tools and dashboard functionality to help drive business decisions

Applicants must meet all of the required qualification requirements described below by the closing of this announcement
Applicants applying for the GS-15 must meet one of the following requirements: Have at least one full year of qualifying specialized experience that is at least equivalent in difficulty and complexity to work performed at the GS-14 grade level
Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, maintaining, and analyzing HR data and systems; 2) Identifying HR process inefficiencies and implementing system solutions; 3) Overseeing the performance of full cycle HRIS projects; and 4) Advising senior leadership on HR technology solutions and policy implications
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants must meet time-in-grade and time after competitive appointment requirements by the closing date of this announcement
