Responsibilities

Assist Conservation team in researching and creating tasks for past due premiums
Gain knowledge of Conservation process and impact to client and RM
Gain knowledge of the Licensing process and the impact on the agent’s ability to sell different products
Develop familiarity with Lenox’s CRM, MOSAIC
Support and ensure data accuracy by updating information in MOSAIC
Support initiatives to ensure we have complete and compliant licensing records
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
Performs other related duties as assigned
