Responsibilities

Fulfill a high volume of customer and internal data requests
Extract, analyze, and prepare data from ManageAmerica’s platform and databases
Produce recurring and ad hoc reports
Interpret customer requirements and convert them into actionable data requests
Perform necessary data updates (e.g., resident changes, payment updates, and site uploads)
Support new client setup and data imports
Troubleshoot data inconsistencies or user-reported errors
Assist with minor defect resolution involving reporting or data logic
Validate all outputs to ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Teams, JIRA, and other tools
Document processes and reporting logic for consistency

Qualification

Microsoft SQLSQL Server Management StudioC#HTMLJavaScriptVBAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Familiarity with C#, HTML, JavaScript, VB
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive customer data accurately
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Must be able to show documentation that shows authorization to legally work in the United States of America
