Responsibilities
Vision Alignment: Ensure that all product initiatives are executed in alignment with the broader product strategy and company goals
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, effectively communicating delivery progress, challenges, and changes in priorities
Scrum Master Management: Oversee and support scrum master's across product teams to ensure effective delivery, providing guidance and removing obstacles to enhance team performance
Agile Framework Implementation: Assist the team and scrum masters in adhering to agile principles and practices, ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and learning from successes and challenges
Facilitate Collaboration: Ensure teams are performing agile ceremonies, promoting collaboration and open communication among team members to ensure alignment and accountability
Metrics and Reporting: Utilize agile metrics to assess team performance and delivery effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines, goals, and execution strategies
Transparency: Foster open, transparent communication within the team and across departments, ensuring that delivery roadmaps, decisions, and changes are clearly communicated
Decision-Making: Make informed decisions quickly, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and communicate those decisions clearly to the team

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5 years leading, managing and delivering projects and/or programs
Working knowledge of project leadership on multifaceted and increasingly complex projects
10 years of Technology Project related experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile Methodologies
Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices, with experience in implementing and optimizing agile processes to enhance team performance and delivery
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity around project objectives, progress, and challenges
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions that enhance delivery efficiency
Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to identifying obstacles and implementing solutions that enable teams to overcome challenges and meet deadlines
Customer-Centric Focus: A commitment to understanding customer needs and ensuring that product delivery aligns with their expectations and pain points
