Responsibilities
Respond to repair requests in residential and/or commercial settings
Diagnose and repair appliances using our proven Grand Appliance methods
Use tablet and/or smartphone technology to manage daily tasks
Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed
Handle other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
5+ years in residential appliance repair
Safely lift up to 100 lbs following Grand Appliance safety protocols
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record
High school diploma or equivalent
