Responsibilities
Create syncs linking security monitoring tools to GRC tools
Create dashboard to monitor risks and vulnerabilities
Create scripts to parse and compare existing documentation to create new documents
Create tools to be used by the organization to keep the GRC tools up to date
Gain understanding of security regulations like EU CRA and standards like IEC 62443
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate) in their Sophomore year or above
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Available to work Full-time starting Summer 2026
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
Hybrid – Charlotte, NC
Student BS Electrical/ Computer Engineering, Computer Science - 3 to 5 semesters completed
Proficient in software design and development
Ability to read, comprehend and work with long documents (Security Standards and Regulations for example)
Ability to write summary reports and 6-pagers
Ability to use Siemens approved AI tools to optimize work process
Familiar with computer networking concepts
Understanding of information security concepts
Knowledge of secure design and development
Understanding of software development processes
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick learner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote teams
Ability to adhere to scheduled and team-agreed timelines
Preferred
Student MS Computer Engineering, Computer Science, need strong interest in Information Security / Cybersecurity
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript and UML is a plus
Knowledge of cloud computing is a plus
