Responsibilities
Support/Lead program functions to ensure service delivery and compliance with regulations and standards
Supervise the work of up to 6 FTEs, promoting teamwork and effective communication, with minimum monthly supervision
Lead staff training and monitor ongoing processes
Plan for coverage, inventory, maintenance, and oversight to maintain quality operations
Communicate key information, manage workflow, and provide oversight of client activity and facility operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exhibit professionalism through strong verbal and written communication, maintaining appropriate boundaries with both staff and clients
Foster a positive work environment, model professional conduct, and effectively resolve conflicts in a timely manner
Apply problem-solving skills, multitask efficiently, and utilize crisis management techniques when needed
Use computer systems for record-keeping and data management, and drive as required by the program
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of experience in a similar setting or role
Driving if required by program
