Responsibilities

Identify, sell, and negotiate repair services for commercial and industrial facility systems
Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals to both new and existing customers for profitable outcomes
Develop new client relationships through proactive prospecting activities
Manage all phases of assigned projects from inception to close out, ensuring client satisfaction
Document and follow up on leads and referrals to nurture business opportunities
Resolve issues proactively, offering information and advice as needed to customers
Form in-depth, long-term partnerships with clients, anticipating and responding to their needs
Review contracts and collaborate with in-house Engineers and field personnel on projects
Keep management informed about market conditions and trends affecting the construction industry

Required

2+ years of experience with plumbing estimation and commercial projects in a customer facing role
Practical understanding of plumbing systems and service sales within commercial or industrial settings
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from sales through to close out
Successful track record in sales, client prospecting, and relationship building
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
Valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and departments
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to set and consistently achieve targets and deadlines

Preferred

Experience partnering with in-house engineers for technical validations and project reviews
Familiarity with contract review and compliance within construction or facility service sales
Background in commission-based sales roles in related industries
Strong adaptability and willingness to take on varied responsibilities
Previous experience directing or coordinating field personnel on site
