Responsibilities
Perform assembly and rework of PCBs and interconnects
Device functional testing
Machine shop and Electrical Tool operation & maintenance
Rapid prototyping support & component 3D printing
Electromechanical system wiring and assembly
Qualification
Required
Proficient at soldering and reworking components on PCBs
Experience manufacturing interconnects between electrical components
Machine shop tool proficiency
Ability to follow assembly SOPs and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and rework instructions
Preferred
Solidworks experience
Class III medical device experience
Experience with using oscilloscopes, DMMs, other lab instruments
Experience programming and maintaining PCBA assembly equipment
Microcontrollers & basic board layout
Robotics
Experience working with surgical or biological requirements
GD&T experience
