Change Request Coordinator

Responsibilities
Serves as the initial liaison for all client-initiated Change Request submissions
Responsible for reviewing and vetting all client generated Change Requests for duplicates, completeness, accuracy, and clarity
Communicates directly with clients, answering questions, requesting information as needed, provides progress updates etc
Can effectively distinguish between Change Requests (new and enhanced functionality), and other request types, Incidents requiring troubleshooting, Professional Services Projects (Special Projects and Professional Services Consulting) and redirects non-change requests to the appropriate team as needed
Has broad knowledge and detailed understanding of all processes associated with client generated change requests and the ability to clearly distinguish between the various Change Request Types; Batch Scripts, UI Scripts, Interfaces, Reports and Forms
Ensures that change requests provide proper details, are clearly understood, and assigned to the appropriate development squad
Works closely with Business Analysts to prioritize and effectively communicate internal and external expectations for estimates, development timelines, testing and delivery of change requests
Assists with the research and resolution of change requests
Ensures prompt escalation of Change Request issues as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

One to three years of similar or related experience
A college degree (non-technical discipline) or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training
Preferred
Knowledge of Keystone platform is desired
