Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex Pega applications for enterprise-scale risk and fraud detection
Write high-quality Pega rules, flows, and activities, ensuring functional and technical excellence
Integrate Pega workflows with various data sources and APIs for risk and fraud management
Collaborate with risk, analytics, and fraud teams to operationalize detection logic and scoring
Implement automated decision-making processes for real-time fraud detection and credit risk mitigation
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
Support release deployment, automated testing, and monitoring across different environments
Document Pega solutions, technical designs, and integration patterns for future reference
Build and maintain system integrations, including REST/SOAP services and API calls
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across Pega environments
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Pega development, including designing, building, and testing applications
Strong knowledge of Pega rules, flows, activities, and other core components
Experience in integrating Pega with enterprise-level risk, credit, and fraud data sources
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to software development
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Any certifications in Pega development or risk/fraud detection would be an advantage
