They are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to lead civil design efforts for various projects, ensuring high-quality designs and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Lead, design, and review civil designs (grading, drainage, stormwater, turf-base systems)
Collaborate with estimating, project management, and sales teams, attending client hand-off meetings and providing ongoing project support
Provide QA/QC for work produced by Civil Designers and Project Engineers
Ensure designs meet municipal, state, and agency standards (AHJs, MODNR, USACE, etc.)
Mentor, train, and support engineering staff
Prepare and review permit submittals and coordinate approvals
Attend client and municipal meetings
Help manage workloads and support smooth handoff to construction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of civil engineering experience (site design and project coordination)
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and stormwater design
Strong technical and design review skills
Leadership and mentoring ability
Good communication and organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to perform essential job functions while working at a computer for extended periods of time
Ability to visit construction sites and navigate uneven terrain with PPE
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
Sports/parks experience and Midwest standards knowledge are a plus
