Responsibilities
Solar Array Assembly: Assist in the physical construction of solar panels and arrays, including cutting, aligning, and adhering materials (films, foams, and substrates) with precision
Material Preparation: Perform repetitive but essential preparation of components required for solar power systems
Mechanical Assembly Support: Support the mechanical and structural integration of parts. Electrical connections and wiring are completed by senior engineers
Process & Quality Adherence: Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and precision across all builds
Qualification
Required
Availability: Able to work full-time, on-site in Moriarty, NM for a 3–4 month seasonal assignment
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills: Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing precise, repetitive manual tasks
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, patience, and a solid work ethic
Preferred
Experience: Prior hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, mechanical work, or technical environments is preferred but not required
Technical training or coursework is a plus but not required
