5+ years expB Above Autism Services is seeking a Director of Training & Development responsible for overseeing clinical training and professional development initiatives. This role ensures alignment with BACB requirements and best practices in ABA while managing training specialists and supporting clinical staff.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and oversight of all clinical training and professional development initiatives across the organization
Ensures that training content, supervision supports, and continuing education offerings align with BACB requirements, funder expectations, and evidence-based best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Directly manages the Training Specialist(s)
Provides advanced training and development for BCBAs and clinical leaders
Creates and delivers CEU-approved content
Supports supervision and mentorship for BCBAs and RBTs, as well as aspiring clinicians
Plays a critical part in clinician competency, retention, quality of care, and organizational clinical excellence
Qualification
Required
BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing
Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory and leadership experience
Demonstrated experience training and supervising BCBAs and/or BCBA candidates
Strong knowledge of BACB requirements, ethics code, and supervision standards
Preferred
Experience developing and delivering CEU-approved content
Experience managing training teams or professional development programs
Strong instructional design, presentation, and facilitation skills
Experience in multi-site or growing organizations
