New Grad, Entry LevelScull Construction Service, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer/Estimator I to provide technical information and support to ensure compliance with project specifications. The role involves coordinating change orders, preparing estimates, and managing project documentation while working closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Detailed support and follow up for and on behalf of the Scull Construction Project Managers, Superintendents and other team members as required
Working with the construction team to assist in the completion of projects
Managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances and recommending strategies to lower project costs; reviewing labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project tracking
Responsible for management of special projects, as needed
Preconstruction services development
Responsible for all document control of project(s)
Primary quality control officer on project(s)
Primary safety engineer on project(s)
Tracking, preparing, reviewing and approval of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, RFPs, ASIs and meeting minutes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or similar discipline
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills, effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Work, Excel and Outlook), and the ability and desire to learn Primavera P6, ProEst, and Procore
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Day and overnight travel may be required
Ability to visit and traverse job sites on uneven terrain
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and random employee pool drug/alcohol testing
Must have a valid driver's license
