Responsibilities
Utilize findings to develop clinical L&D plans
Contribute to development of L&D strategy and competency frameworks
Conduct needs assessments and analyze capability gaps
Design, deliver, and maintain training programs across functions
Utilize diverse delivery methods including e-learning, workshops, and simulations
Partner with SMEs for content accuracy and alignment
Manage training logistics, scheduling, materials, and LMS tracking
Collaborate with Compliance and IT to ensure regulatory training adherence
Support leaders in addressing performance gaps and developing learning interventions
Manage external vendors and maintain training resources
Provide coaching to L&D team members or contracted trainers
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years in L&D/training; 3+ years supervisory or project leadership experience
Strong instructional design expertise
Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office
Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve learning programs
