Responsibilities
Coordinate approximately 100 monthly assessments and create HIPAA-compliant Zoom appointments for more than 200 assessments
Work closely with interpretation services to secure interpreters when needed, ensuring accessibility for all clients
Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of scheduling attempts and providing timely notifications to all parties involved
Qualification
Required
High school graduation or equivalent
Three years of clerical experience with one year of experience in public health, health care services, senior services, medical assistance programs, health education, nursing, medical social work, health services administration, or a closely related field
College education from an accredited college with a course emphasis in social services or a related field may substitute for the required experience
Preferred
Customer Service: Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services
Computer Skills: Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work
Oral and Written Communication: Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information; makes clear and convincing oral and written presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately
