Responsibilities
Lead corporate and group travel operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistently high service standards
Guide Coordinators and Specialists by setting priorities, managing workflows, and supporting effective communication
Drive the development, refinement, and adoption of standard operating procedures and operational best practices
Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, vendor performance, and operational efficiency
Partner with senior leadership to align travel programs with broader business goals and strategy
Support program planning, budgeting, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization
Manage escalations, mitigate risk, and make traveler-impacting decisions to protect program quality and outcomes
Travel is required for this role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Certified Travel Counselor or Certified Travel Professional
5–8 years of progressive experience in program management, travel operations, or related fields
Strong people leadership, advanced technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset
Effective coach and negotiator with strong relationship-building capabilities
Proficient in project management platforms and advanced analytics tools to drive operational insights
Capable of partnering with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and external vendors
Travel is required for this role
