Responsibilities

Support the team in identifying defects and nonconformities and assist in implementing corrective actions
Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards
Learn and apply quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Mechanical Aptitude
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills (MS Office) with an ability to learn new systems and tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred

Familiarity with quality control principles and methodologies is a plus
