Responsibilities
Complete acrylic bath remodels—often in as little as one day—following company installation standards
Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work
Ensure each project meets quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
Maintain a professional, respectful presence in customers’ homes
Protect customer property and keep job sites clean and organized
Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of installed products
Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home renovation
Ability to read and take precise measurements
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, saws, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Preferred
Basic plumbing knowledge
