Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic
Preferred
Experience in a hotel or related field
Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
