Responsibilities

Operate and monitor all batch processing equipment, including blenders, tanks, pumps, and bulk loading systems
Handle chemical movement (raw materials and finished goods), including staging, loading into vessels, and loading/unloading bulk trucks and trailers
Process batches following SOPs, monitor equipment performance (temperature/pressure), and discharge/package the finished product
Ensure quality by documenting all batch data, sampling products for QC approval, and following all safety and housekeeping standards

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a Production/Chemical Manufacturing environment
Familiarity with chemical movement/handling
Must be able to lift 55 pounds
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Forklift experience is required
Must submit to a background check and drug screen

Preferred

Bilingual preferred, but not required
