Responsibilities

Conduct close access network operations in support of red team assessments
Perform penetration testing and offensive cyber operations leveraging:
Physical proximity
Non-traditional and segmented networks
Plan and lead technical execution as Assessment Technical Lead for assigned engagements
Direct and mentor mid-level operators during assessment execution
Employ advanced techniques for:
Antivirus evasion
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) evasion
Integrate close access operations with broader red team objectives
Contribute to detailed technical reporting and post-operation debriefs

Required

Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
3+ years of experience conducting: Red team assessments, Offensive cyber operations, Close access or physical-proximity network operations
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct mid-level operators
Must meet DCART apprentice and journeyman operator requirements within prescribed timelines
Professional Certification(s) required for this position are as follows: Must hold an IAT Level III certification as defined and described in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, 8140.01-03, and as amended
Must pass the DCART Senior Operator Aptitude Test prior to assignment
Willingness to travel up to 15% CONUS/OCONUS

Preferred

5+ years of offensive cyber, red team, or close access operations experience
Prior DoD Cyber Red Team or corporate red team experience
Expertise in close access tradecraft
