Responsibilities

Lead standups, project status meetings, and phase gate reviews
Own and maintain Smartsheet project plans for assigned domain engagements using the standard lifecycle template
Drive project planning, coordination, and milestone sequencing across teams within the Corporate Data Office
Track milestone-level progress across project phases and vertical dependencies, like Information Architecture
Enforce phase gate criteria and manage dependencies
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and delivery blockers
Provide clear documentation and reporting to support portfolio and leadership visibility
Partner closely with Engagement Leads on stakeholder expectations and delivery alignment

Required

5+ years of project management experience in technology or data-focused initiatives
Experience leading data projects like Data Migrations, Master Data Management, and Data Governance
Demonstrated success using hybrid delivery approaches (Agile, waterfall, and mixed models)
High level of proficiency with Smartsheet and Azure DevOps
Proven ability to lead without authority and coordinate across diverse teams
