Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
Design, build, test, and deploy RPA solutions
Create as-is / to-be process flows and automation designs
Configure RPA workflows (processes, exceptions, error handling)
Perform integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing
Support project delivery, timelines, and risk identification
Act as a bridge between business users and the RPA team

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Prior RPA experience ( Power Automate required )
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience managing multiple tasks and overlapping priorities
Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Access)
