Responsibilities
Act as a Product Test Engineer in Silicon Operations Quality and Reliability team who will partner with NPI Product Test Engineering teams, DFT, and Design Engineering to define and run ATE and CFT testing for qualification and reliability testing, define qualification hardware designs, and run qualification test data analytics
Perform silicon RMA FA on ATE and CFT to replicate fails seen at system level to get to root cause and apply corrective actions. Your will use silicon debug tools to isolate the failure to flop or cel level
Collaborate with Silicon Engineering teams on creating new test coverage to catch systems failures
Suggest how to subsequently improve test coverage for new revisions of test programs to catch diagnosed system failures
Specify new patterns and parametric conditions to cover any perceived test gaps, bring them up on ATE, correlate to system fails and transition into volume manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) along with 7+ years' experience in IC test engineering, SOC/VLSI test bring-up, characterization and production testing
Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester for silicon debug and characterization
Hand-on experience in silicon test debug, root causing silicon failures to flop or cell level
Highly skilled in writing code in C, C++, Java, 93k test methods, Python
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Experienced in IC component qualification and reliability failure modes
Good working knowledge of data analysis and tools such as JMP, statistical methods and using AIML for test data analytics
Hands-on knowledge in analyzing component failures at a system level, fault isolation, electrical & physical FA techniques
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
