Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM
Translate user requirements into technical designs and system enhancements
Support squad members by helping troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Work within the SAFe Agile framework to support Program Increment (PI) objectives
Stay current with Windchill PLM enhancements and best practices and recommend process improvements
Assist in training team members on new Windchill PLM features and functionalities
Collaborate during story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation
Ensure well-defined tasks, timelines, and high-quality technical delivery
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience as a Windchill PLM Developer or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Windchill PLM technical development
Proficiency in Core Java
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
