Responsibilities
Provide Access Management-focused development expertise and engineering direction for the Access Management Development team
Define and enforce team development practices
Schedule and run internal and external meetings to achieve decision points
Coordinate between internal teams and third parties
Deliver and maintain the architectural vision for the Sailpoint delivery to all networks in accordance with direction from Leadership
Provide technical guidance to team members and external third parties
Provide troubleshooting and problem determination expertise as required
Qualification
Required
12+ years overall Information Technology experience
7+ years Java application development experience
5+ years' experience with Agile development practices, including DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
5+ years' operating in Senior Developer or Development Lead roles
3+ years' experience with Keycloak, Open Policy Agent, or similar Access Management software
3+ years working with Access Management-related products, services, and protocols
